Al-Shaibi: The Council is the Spearhead in Al-Dhala’a Front and Most Troops Fight Under the Council’s Command
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – AL-Dala’a – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_dropcap]M[/su_dropcap] edia center of Al-Dhala’a front held its first press conference on Tuesday July 23rd, 2019 under the title of “Al-Dhala’a: Military Victories and Humanitarian Burden”. The conference explained recent field military developments and its humanitarian consequences.
The conference hosted Majed Al-Shaibi, official spokesman of Al-Dhala’a front and captain Mohamed Al-Naqueeb, official spokesman of the fourth military zone in addition to Ayman Mohamed Nasser, deputy of ministry of media, Abd Al-Kareem Al-Sallal, chairman of public department of Al-Dhala’a loclal leadership and several field commanders. They all talked about military developments in Al-Dhala’a front and its humanitarian consequences in addition to major support provided by the Arab Coalition, especially Saudi Arabia and UAE and direct supervision of brigadier Rashed Abu Mohamed, commander of the Arab Coalition in Aden.
In a special interview with “Huna Aden” radio station, Majed Al-Shaibi talked about the role of the southern transitional council in Al-Dhala’a battels of 2019 saying: “The council is the spearhead in this war as most troops in the front fight under commandership of the council”.
Al-Shaibi added: “The council provided the front with Commandos brigades that changed the equation on the ground quickly for the interest of the southern resistance. The humanitarian aids committee of the council also sought to relieve the suffering of evacuees and families of martyrs and injured in addition to other security and community roles”.
At the end of the conference, Media Center of Al-Dhala’a front provided media men and representatives of human aids agencies with a detailed report about violations of Al-Houthi militias against civilians in Al-Dhala’a.
Several representatives of local and international media and press agencies attended the conference in addition to representatives of humanitarian aids agencies and activists.
