Al-Thaqali reassures on readiness of 1st  Marine Infantry in Socotra

Raafat Al-Thaqali, head of the executive body of the Southern Transitional Council local leadership in Socotra, paid an inspection visit to the First Marine Brigade, and hold meeting with the commanders of the Brigade, reassuring on the readiness of its members.

Al-Thaqali was briefed on the combat readiness of the brigade’s members and their needs, praising their heroic role.

Al-Thaqali described the forces of the First Marine Brigade as the main pillar of the island, urging to raise the level of combat readiness and enhance security and military vigilance.

He stressed the need to observe discipline and firmness within the ranks of the brigade, and to work to ensure the stability of the archipelago.

In turn, the brigade commanders expressed their high readiness and readiness to fulfill the tasks assigned to them under any circumstances.
