Al-Wali discusses with economists’ the economic situation in the capital Aden

Dr. Abdel Nasser Al-Wali, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Monday, at the headquarter of the Southern Transitional Council, with a group of cadres and specialists in the economic field in the capital Aden.

The meeting, which was attended by the Advisor to the President of the Transitional Council for Economic Affairs, Dr. Abdul Salam Humaid, discussed the economic situation and its repercussions on the life of the citizens, as well as the existing problems in the oil derivatives sector, and violations on the land areas of the free zone.

The meeting stressed on the importance of addressing the existing issues and breaking the monopoly, which provides opportunities for competition for all investors in this sector.

The meeting came out with a set of proposals, mechanisms and ways to address these conditions in a manner that contributes in relieving the citizens of the consequences of that economic collapse.
