Al-Wali inspects power stations in Mansoura and Al-Hiswa in Aden the capital
Dr. Abdul Nasser Al-Wali, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the local leadership in the capital Aden, visited the two power stations in Mansoura and the Al-Hiswa in Borika district.
During the visit, Al-Wali and his companions got briefed on the situation of Mansoura power station and its capability for the coming summer.
Al-Wali listened from Eng. Bashir Thabet, General Manager of station, to a full explanation of the difficulties facing the station, and previewed the appropriate mechanisms to raise the generating capacity of the station.
Al-Wali also inspected Al-Hiswa Thermal Power Station and met with Eng. Jamal Bin Shujaa, General Manager of the station, who presented an integrated picture of the workflow of the plant and the difficulties faced by the administration to implement the required maintenance to raise the capacity of the generating station to meet the growing demand for energy.
Al-Wali was accompanied by Dr. Abdul Salam Humaid, Advisor to the President of the Transitional Council for Economic Affairs and Eng. Mujib Al-Shaabi, Director General of the Electricity Corporation in the capital, Aden
