#Al-Wali meets heads of agricultural and cooperative societies in #Lahj and the capital #Aden
The member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the local leadership of the Transitional Council in the capital Aden, Dr. Abdul Nasser al-Wali, met on Wednesday, with a number of heads of agricultural societies and agricultural cooperative union in Lahj governorate and the capital Aden.
The meeting discussed a number of important topics related to the activities of the cooperative union and agricultural societies and ways to support them and revitalize their work in order to be able to restore its important economic and pioneering role and provide local markets with their productive and agricultural crops.
In the meeting, they discussed the difficulties facing the agricultural societies and the obstacles that hinder their agricultural activities, especially their realstates that exposed to unauthorized control and illegal construction, besides deducting vast agricultural areas and converting them into housing projects by force.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Wali stressed on the need to find the necessary and quick solutions to stop the tampering in the lands of agricultural societies and cooperatives and work to use the force of law to prevent and stop any behavior or developments in these lands until the judiciary says its word on it.
