Al-Wali: We Were Forced to Fight and Didn’t Seek War. We Will Achieve Victory as We Have the Right, The People and the Lands. We Are Determined.

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_dropcap]P[/su_dropcap]rofessor Abd Al-Nasser Al-Wali, member of the southern transitional council’s presidency and chairman of Aden local leadership, said that this war broke in Aden during the past few days was forced over the southern but they didn’t seek it.
In a special statement to SMA News, Al-Wali said: “Forces of tyranny and terrorism that oppressed the south during the past 29 years are now mere history as their bloody expansive agenda was exhausted. Our victory came not because we are stronger but because we have the right, the people and the land. We also sacrificed generously”.
Al-Wali asserted that the southern armed forces don’t have expansive agendas and they are not as weak as some think. These forces, according to Al-Wali, have an iron will and a great public base. They will never accept any challenges and they will not be oppressed anymore and their victories will never be stolen again.
Al-Wali also urged the Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia and UAE to appreciate the loyalty of the southern people and their suffering and sacrifices to achieve security and stability in the region as they should not be against the southern will.
At the end of his statement, Al-Wali demanded Martin Griffith, UN delegate to Yemen, to respect the southern blood that shed in defense of their lands and dignity as they are eager to live free in security and peace. He added that the southern people are not greedy invaders and their cause and sacrifices should not be ignored.
