Another Non-Human Crime of Al-Houthis in Al-Dalia

In Owaish and Hobail Al-Tirma, south west of Kataba, Al-Houthis randomly bombarded civilian districts with 23 mm artillery and mortar shells causing serious to mild injuries among civilians.
