Arresting the terrorist leader of Al-Qaeda, Abu Al-Qaqaa in Mudiya of Abyan

The security campaign “Swords of Haws”, in Mudiya district of Abyan governorate, succeeded in capturing a prominent terrorist leader in al-Qaeda organization called Abu al-Qaqaa, in addition to another element.
The security campaign aims to purify the central region in Abyan governorate from the remnants and elements of the terrorist al-Qaeda organization, achieve security and stability, and eliminate terrorist outposts.
The security belt forces in Abyan, led by Brigadier General Abd al-Latif al-Sayyid, and the Public Security Forces, led by Brigadier General Abu Mishaal al-Kazmi, director of security in the governorate, and the military units participating in Operation Arrows of the East from the Abyan axis, led by Brigadier Mukhtar al-Nubi, are participating in the campaign.
