As Residential Quarters Became Militants’ Counties, Intel Officer Assassinated in Khour Maxar
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Unknown hitmen assassinated brigadier Nasser Mukairih, director of Aden Airport’s Intelligence while his return from “Maghreb” prayer in October Quarter – Khour Maxar – Aden and escaped. Brigadier Mukairih was a prominent social figure who was well-respected. He was also Sheikh of Al-Sifio and October quarters in Khour Maxar. Mukairih’s body was transferred to Al-Gomhoria Hospital Morg while hitmen escaped.
It is noteworthy that this was not the first time to target brigadier Mukairih or members of his family as his son was assassinated a few years ago with a car bomb. The brigadier himself was targeted in 2014. Specialized analysts indicated that assassinations didn’t stop and its nature turned into targeting persons inside residential quarters where hitmen can easily find escape or shelter.
