Assisting Executive Board of Southern Transitional Council for Valley and Desert Districts holds its periodic meeting

The Assisting Executive Board for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert Districts of the Southern Transitional Council in Hadrmout held its periodic meeting on Thursday, at the headquarters of the local leadership in the Seiyun district, headed by Sheikh Saleh Salem Al-Amoudi, head of the Board, and in the presence of attorney Taher Ahmed Baabad, deputy head of the board.
The meeting was started by the head of the Authority, Sheikh Saleh Al-Amoudi, with a guiding speech for the attendees, expressing thanks to them for their commitment to attend the meeting, and urging them to cooperate with each other, and to hold the patience and steadfastness to overcome the difficulties facing the board until the desired goal is achieved.
The meeting discussed organizational matters such as preparing plans, tasks and competencies for each department and the mechanism of communication between the auxiliary and local authorities in the districts and governorate.
The meeting also reviewed the points of discussion, and the difficulties that facing the board.
In the meeting, the board discussed the food baskets presented by the President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, and listened to a report submitted by the director of the Martyrs and Wounded Department on the receipt and distribution of the food basket for the martyrs.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a number of important decisions and recommendations, and the minutes of previous meeting were discussed and approved.
