Baoum inaugurates transferring corruption files to the Attorney General

Mr. Fadi Baoum, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, on Tuesday, in the capital, Aden, inaugurated the work of transferring corruption files to the Attorney General, in the presence of a number of members of the Preparatory Committee of the General Anti-Corruption Union.
During the meeting, it was agreed to transfer the completed corruption files to the Attorney General for consideration, most notably two cases against Aden Refineries Company and the Ministry of Health and Population.
During the meeting, a committee was formed to deliver the documents to the Attorney General in the coming days.
The committees have completed their tasks in examining the documents and reviewing them by specialists to submit them to the Public Prosecutor for broadcast.
