Ben Brik Discusses Several Topics related to Deficiency in Governmental Duties

Major General Ahmed Saeed Ben Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), on Wednesday, discussed several issues with Dr. Abdulfatah Fareed Nasher, director of public relations of General-Secretariat of the Government Office and Dr. Jalal Hussein Al-Zou’ri, director of organizations of Public Health ministry; Planning Section, related to governmental institutions that have not been appropriately performing duties to citizens, availing the necessary needs or providing basic service like electricity, water, health, cleanliness and education to alleviate the suffering and distress of citizens.
The attendees thanked Major General Ben Brik for the good reception, adding that the STC is a vital and fundamental partner in the political stability and the power-sharing government, which strives to greater efficiency in performing its duties to citizens, and referring to the active role of the southern forces in maintaining security, confronting terrorism, Houthi militias, securing the government in the capital Aden and easing its assigned tasks in the liberated governorates.
To the end of that meeting, the attendees have emphasized on taking into consideration directives of the chairman of the Assembly to conduct an incessant evaluation on performance of the government institutions related to direct service of citizens and keep on properly evaluating of working progress.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mazen Mohsen Ali, deputy head of Youth and Sports Committee in the National Assembly and Eng. Abdullah Naser, Secretary of the deputy Secretary-General in General-Secretariat of the Government Office.
