Ben Brik to demonstrators in Seiyun: Our people are fighting a fateful battle

Major General Ahmed Ben Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, paid greeting to the sons of Hadhramaut, on the coast and in the valley, for their mobilization in the Salvation Demonstration of Million, in the city of Seiyun, coinciding with the 59th anniversary of October 14 revolution.
Ben Brik said in a message to the peaceful demonstrators on Friday, that you stand today with a clear goal and a word, which is the departure of the forces of the First Military Region from the valley, and its replacement with the Hadrami Elite Forces, and the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, besides the treatment of living and service conditions, with the improvement of decent livelihoods and the achievement of the highest levels of security and stability.
Major General Ahmed Ben Brik stressed that the valley should be governed by its sons within the framework of Hadhramaut governorate, and Hadhramaut is in the shadow of the coming state of the South, calling for concerted efforts to strengthen the unity of the ranks among all the sons of Hadhramaut with their various components among themselves and with their brothers in the South in order to confront everyone who tries to create sedition to discourage them from seizing and achieving their legitimate demands and preserving the looted and wasted wealth and capabilities of Hadhramaut and the South.
Ben Brik added: “We draw lessons from the October 14 revolution, especially in this very difficult and complex circumstance in which our people are fighting a fateful and decisive battle in order to win their cause and defend their identity.”
He said that all the people of Hadhramaut and the people of the South from Al-Mahra to Bab al-Mandab stand as one man in the face of the enemies, and they will not submit to anyone, and they will not give up the right to restore the full sovereignty of the state of the South.
