Bin Brik-led Hadramout Delegation Pays Visit to Major General Faisal Rajab

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), accompanied by Mr. Fadi Hassan Baoum, Head of the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement Council, Sheikh Hassan Al-Jaabri, head of the Committee responsible for implementing the outcomes of the Hadramaut General Meeting (Haru), and a number of sheikhs, leaders, commanders, and dignitaries from the people of Hadramout Governorate, paid a visit today, Monday, to Major General Faisal Rajab at his home.

Major General Bin Brik and the Hadhramaut delegation reassured Rajab’s health, articulating their great happiness for his safe return to his family, loved ones, and homeland, and conveying to him the congratulations of the Hadramout governorate on being released after nearly eight years of captivity in the prisons of the Houthi militia, commending his heroic, militant stances and steadfastness against the intransigence of the Houthi militia.

The delegation praised the solid militant role of Major General Faisal Rajab, stressing the importance of unifying the ranks and strengthening the cohesiveness of the people of the South in general and the people of Hadramout, in particular with the Abyan governorate, its people, iconic leadership, and the uncompromisingly struggling fighters of mutual respect, reciprocated love, fraternity, and strong social relations that bind them all, highlighting that the South today, with the solidarity and cohesiveness of all its people, is a single entity, especially at this crucial historical stage after the grand success of the consultative meeting and the signing of the Southern National Charter.

For his part, Major General Faisal Rajab offered thanks to Major General Bin Brik, the Hadhrami delegation, and all the people of Hadramout governorate, expressing his overwhelming happiness with this fraternal visit that has all the meanings of mutual respect and loyalty.
