Chaired by the Governor – Cleaning Fund in Aden the capital approves reviewing rents of state shops and markets

The Board of Directors of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in the capital Aden, held its periodic meeting on Sunday, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, the Governor of Aden the Capital, Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors.

The meeting reviewed the minutes of its previous meeting and the level of implementation of its outputs, followed by a discussion on a number of reports, including a report on cleaning and landscaping for last October, and the financial report for the period from January to September 2020.

The meeting discussed a number of problems facing the Fund’s work and its implementation in the field, as well as a number of proposals and solutions to overcome them and improve the Fund’s resources.

The Director General of the Fund, Eng. Qaed Rashid Anam, confirmed the completion of the implementation of health insurance for the fund’s employees by contracting with a number of health facilities, and the fund’s access to a number of mechanisms from the Japanese grant through the “UNDP” organization. He also confirmed the continuation of landscaping works in the public streets.

The meeting came out with a number of decisions, the most prominent of which is a review of the rents of state-owned shops and markets in line with the high exchange rate of foreign currencies against the local currency in Aden the capital.
