Chairman of National Southern Media Authority meets member of STC Presidency, Fadi Baoum

Mr. Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, Chairman of National Southern Media Authority, met on Tuesday, in his office in the capital, Aden, Mr. Fadi Baoum, the member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC).
At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Awlaki welcomed Mr. Fadi Baoum’s visit to the headquarters of the National Southern Media Authority, briefing him on the activities of the Authority and the national role it plays at this stage.
In the meeting, which was attended by Nizar Haitham, Head of the Youth Authority of the STC, and Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Vice Chairman of the National Media Authority, the two sides discussed many issues related to the southern reality and the role of the media in supporting the sincere efforts of the Southern Transitional Council in addressing issues of concern to the homeland and citizens.
For his part, Fadi Baoum appreciated the role played by the National Media Authority in unifying the southern media discourse and directing it towards expressing the aspirations of our southern people in building their independent federal state.
