Chairman of the Southern National Assembly Meets Chairwoman of the Southern Feminist Union in Germany
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_dropcap]G[/su_dropcap]eneral Ahmed said Ben Brik, Chairman of the Southern National Assembly, met Mrs. Fatma Al-Baiti, Chairwoman of the Southern Feminist Union in Germany on Thursday December 27th, 2018. The meeting discussed the activities of the union in Germany.
Ben Brik appreciated the role of the union in empowering the southern women to play their leading role in serving the southern cause and demanded Mrs. Al-Baiti to exert more effort in this respect.
Al-Baiti expressed her happiness to visit the southern national assembly and her appreciation of its activities that work on introducing a civilized image about civil rights and organizational work in the south under these difficult conditions. She discussed with Ben Brik several suggestions for future work to empower the southern women.
Mrs. Niran Sawqui, member of the southern transitional council’s presidency, and Dr. Jackline Al-Bitani, chairwoman of the social affairs commission, attended the meeting.
