Commander of the Security Belt in Al-Dalia Promises to Protect ” Médecins sans frontiers” (MSF) and the Organization Agrees to Resume its Work
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Dalia – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Colonel Ahmed Kaid, commander of the security belt in Al-Dalia, met representatives of Médecins sans frontiers (MSF) on Tuesday May 8th, 2018. The meeting discussed the obstacles hindering MSF from practicing its work in Al-Dalia. MSF representatives demanded security protection for their personnel and to ban wandering with guns inside Al-Nasr Hospital. Colonel Kaid agreed on the importance of securing the work of MSF to achieve its humanitarian mission in Al-Dalia. He added that commandership of the Arab Coalition asserts the importance of securing all international delegations. MSF representatives thanked the security belt commandership of this support and expressed their willingness to resume their work and open their office next week. This news was received with public relief.
