Consultation Committee holds a meeting chaired by Al-Ghaithi

Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Committee, called on the international community to take a firm stance towards the intransigence of the Houthi militia and its refusal to extend the armistice, which constitutes a real opportunity for lasting peace.
During a meeting of the deputies of the Committee, on Monday, which he chaired through a visual contact, Al-Ghaithi stressed the relevant political developments in our country, at the forefront of which is the armistice and the peace process.
Al-Ghaithi expressed the importance of the Committee in playing its role in the political process and taking into account equitable representation to reflect partnership and diversity, at the forefront of which is the representation of women, stressing the support of all political components and national forces for the cohesion and strength of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the preservation of partnership.
The Head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Committee revealed that the authority discussed in its meeting a number of files and issues on its agenda, stressing that the meeting demanded the need to redouble the joint efforts of all state bodies and institutions to meet the requirements of the current stage.
