Declaration of the Southern Anti-Corruption Union next Saturday

The member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadi Baoum, on Monday, during his meeting with members of the Preparatory Committee of the Southern Anti-Corruption Union, in the capital, Aden, discussed the arrangements for declaring the union.

Baoum discussed the progress of the final steps to declare the union, through completing the establishment procedures and setting the date for the announcement ceremony, in addition to the organizational structure of the union, its work mechanisms, and its future plans to combat corruption.

The attendees agreed to set Saturday, May 25, 2024, as the date for the ceremony to announce the Southern Anti-Corruption Union.

Baoum stressed the Union’s role in promoting transparency, integrity and combating corruption in institutions.
