Declaring inauguration the Civil Alliance for Transparency and Anti-Corruption in Aden the capital

The capital, Aden, on Wednesday, witnessed a conference to declare the inauguration of the Civil Alliance for Transparency and Anti-Corruption, with the participation of members of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, and representatives of press, media, and society.
Fadi Baoum, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council and General Supervisor of the Civil Alliance, said during the inauguration activities that corruption is a rampant monster within institutions and society and must be fought.
He vowed to hold all corrupt people accountable, stressing the need to bear moral responsibility in combating the dangerous phenomenon, and purifying society from manifestations of corruption by collecting files, and presenting evidence that condemns the corrupt to public opinion.
Baoum pointed out that “the heavy legacy of corruption left by authorities in the past led to the exacerbation of this phenomenon, and with continuous work and exposing the corrupt, things will return to normal.”
