Director of Mansoura district calls WFP to enhance its activities

The Director General of Mansoura District in the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Ali Al-Daoudi, called on the World Food Program (WFP) to enhance and strengthen its humanitarian efforts and relief activities in the district.
In a meeting with the program’s field liaison and government coordination officer, Hendbi Ahmed, Al-Daoudi expressed his appreciation for the relief movements and activities of the WFP working in the humanitarian field to ensure the arrival of eligible groups and to provide tangible projects for citizens.
Al-Daoudi called for promoting the principle of transparency and combating corruption, and reviewed a number of files and humanitarian interventions for the program in Mansoura.
For his side, Hendabi stressed the importance of full coordination with the local authority, reviewing the efforts made by the program on the humanitarian side.
