Dofes Post Seizes Ammunition and Mortar Shells Heading to Aden

[su_dropcap]D[/su_dropcap]ofes central post of the backup and support brigades in Abian seized huge amounts of ammunition and mortar shells coming from Loder and heading to Aden on Friday December 21st, 2018. Mahmoud Al-Keldi, commander of Dofes post, indicated that the confiscated ammunition was hidden on a bus as 12 refills of ammunition and 5 mortar shells in addition to 79 mortar refills and 36 bags of gun powder were found when the bus was inspected. The driver and the confiscated ammunition were sent to concerned authorities for interrogation. He added that any smuggling operation of that kind will find no mercy as sabotage elements are trying to smuggle weapons and ammunition into Aden to disturb security and public order. It is noteworthy that Dofes post exhausted several similar operations in addition to confiscating amounts of drugs and arresting several terrorists. The post efforts were appreciated by the Arab Coalition and backup and support commandership.
