Facilities Guard forces carry out drug awareness campaign in Aden the capital

Under the patronage of the Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, and the Director of Aden Security, Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, the government Facilities guard forces carried out an awareness campaign about the danger of drugs, through a field visit to the districts of the capital, Aden, with the participation of the Aden Security Department and Aden Center for Drugs Control.
The campaign was launched on Saturday, in Mualla district, in the presence of the director of the district, Abdul Rahim Al-Jawi, and the director of the police station, and a number of security and local authority officials.
On the second day of the campaign, a field visit took place in Sirah district, in the presence of representatives of the local authority, where brochures and awareness posters were distributed among the people about the danger of drugs to society.
The Moral Guidance Corner of the Facilities Guard Forces, Sami Salem, confirmed that the campaign coincides with the International Day for Drugs, as the field campaign was preceded by a two-day workshop, in which various segments of society participated.
He pointed out that the campaign comes under the supervision and follow-up of Brigadier General Ahmed bin Afif, Commander of the Governmental Facilities Guard forces, in order to ensure the safety of young people from the danger of drugs spread, expressing his thanks to all the parties contributing to the implementation of the campaign.
