Under the auspices of the Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr.. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, the deputy governor of Aden, a. Badr Muawin Al-Sebaei, Secretary General of the Local Council, and Director General of Al-Buraiqa district, Dr. Salah Yahya Al-Shoubaji, the cornerstone of the project to build an integrated development complex in Abu Harba area, with Kuwaiti support and the implementation of communication for human development.
The project includes the construction of an integrated development complex that includes (a secondary school – a health center – a mosque) on an area of (6900 square meters) at a total cost of “348,000” thousand Kuwaiti dinars, approximately one million and “135” thousand US dollars, and its implementation during the coming period will be a developmental gain and a tributary for service projects in the capital, Aden.
