General Secretariat Holds Periodic Meeting and Discusses Two Reports on Economic and Political Scene

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting on Wednesday in the capital, Aden, chaired by Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Gaadi, member of the STC’s Presidium and deputy secretary general.
The meeting discussed the performance report of the Department of Youth and Students during the fourth quarter of the past year, 2022, and the most prominent activities that were implemented and the related organizational tasks during the aforementioned period.
The meeting reviewed a report on the economic scene submitted by the Economic Department, which included the latest economic developments in the governorates of the South in January 2023.
The meeting reviewed a report on the political landscape submitted by the Political Department, which dealt with the most prominent topics and issues in the southern arena during the past two weeks.
The meeting touched on a job discipline report of staff’s attendance at the General Secretariat for the month of January 2023, submitted by the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs.
The meeting reviewed and approved its previous minutes and discussed topics and issues related to the activities of the departments of the secretariat, as well as raising suggestions that can lead to boosting and upgrading the workflow.
