General Secretariat Holds Periodic Meeting and Reviews Performance Report of Political Department for Third Quarter of 2022

The General-secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting, on Wednesday, in the capital Aden, chaired by Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Gaadi, member of Presidium of the STC, Deputy of the secretary general.
The meeting discussed the latest political, economic, security, and service developments in the South, as well as topics related to the administrative and organizational work in the departments of the General Secretariat, and the executive bodies of the STC in governorates of the South.
The meeting reviewed the performance report of the political department for the third quarter of 2022, including its activities, organizational measures and the important tasks that were implemented during the mentioned period.
The meeting, too, focused on the most prominent developments in the southern landscape and the important events and issues directly connected to the lives of citizens in governorates of the South and their interests, as suggestions that can lead to boost the workflow and contribute to fulfilling the public interest of the people of the South were presented.
Furthermore, the meeting shed light on the weekly activity report of the departments of the General Secretariat, which included the major activities and performed tasks, stressing the importance of redoubling efforts to achieve the goals of the work plan of the Secretariat for 2022, in addition to reviewing and approving the minutes of the previous meeting.
