Governor Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, mourned Dr. Mohsen Qassem Wahib Baabad, Aden Governorate Undersecretary for Educational Affairs.
The governor Lamles said in an obituary statement that the deceased, since assuming the duties of the Governorate Undersecretary of Aden, was an example to be followed in dedication, sincerity, leadership, discipline, and the implementation of the tasks entrusted to him, embodying the greatness of the sincere and conscious belonging to the homeland.
