Governor Lamlas: We are keen to support and empower people of determination ” of Special Needs”

Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, Governor of the capital, Aden, expressed the local authority’s keenness to support people of determination “people of Special Needs” and arrange the necessary facilities for them, with the aim of empowering them.
In his meeting on Thursday, with the heads of the Arman Development Association and Aman Association for the Less Advantageous, Naseem Ahmed Salem and Samira Sayud, he discussed the initiatives concerned with empowering people of determination and the obstacles that prevent their success.
He called for identifying safe paths for people of determination and women working in unregulated markets, identifying locations in public places to sell their products, and implementing a field survey in cooperation with the Statistics Office in the capital.
