Governor Lamlas: We must unite for the security and safety of citizens

The Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, confirmed that the security of the capital, Aden, is linked to the security of the neighboring governorates, stressing the importance of cooperation, solidarity, and teamwork for the protection and safety of citizens. This came during a meeting chaired by Lamlas on Monday, with the security committee of the capital, Aden, in the governorate’s general office in Aden the capital.
The meeting discussed the security situation in the various districts of the capital, Aden, and issues of public opinion, most notably the disgraceful crime against the girl in Tawahi district, Maha Modhesh, stressing the need for an urgent trial for the accused of this heinous crime that disturbed the citizens.
The meeting touched on the latest military developments on the confrontation fronts against the Houthi militia in the governorates adjacent to the capital, Aden, and the recent movements undertaken by the militias, by mobilizing their elements in a number of locations and fronts, reviewing the priorities that must be taken to confront these movements and the response against any attacks.
The meeting dealt with a number of important issues that the security services must focus on and work on, in addition to solutions and remedies aimed at correcting and developing the course of action, in a way that guarantees raising the efficiency of serving and protecting citizens and establishing security and stability in the city.
