Governor of Aden inspects work in Passports and Immigration Authority and directs to develop its work mechanisms

The governor of the capital Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, on Tuesday, visited the Passports and Immigration Authority building in Aden the capital, where he was received by the Vice President of the Passports Authority in Aden, Saleh Atef, and the directors and employees of its departments.
During the visit, the Governor Lamlas toured the building and sections of the Authority to see directly the progress of work and how to deal with citizens and complete their transactions.
Lamlas in the visit, which was attended by Brigadier General Abu Bakr Jabr, Deputy Director General of Aden Police, he also met a number of citizens and listened to their complaints and observations about how the Authority deals with them.
After that, the governor held a short meeting with the Passports Authority branch officials and listened from the Vice President of the Passports Authority a full explanation of the its conditions, procedures for issuing passports and the difficulties they face and impede their work.
The governor directed to search for new mechanisms to develop the work in order to ensure facilitation of disbursement procedures, speed of completion of transactions and reduce delay in order to avoid severe congestion.
