Governor of Aden the capital Approves Tenders for the Cleanliness Fund

Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Governor of the capital, Aden, in a meeting on Tuesday, reviewed the final account report of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund for the past year.

He discussed with the Fund’s representatives the financial report for the first half of the current year “January – June” 2024, submitted by the Fund’s Executive Director General, Engineer Qaid Rashid.

Lamlas directed the need to increase the pace of cleaning work in various directorates, benefit from the available equipment and mechanisms, and work to increase the Fund’s revenues in accordance with the system and law.

The Governor of Aden the capital decided to approve tenders to supply various batteries and tires for cars, supply office supplies, 100 garbage barrels, and cleaning materials, in addition to an electric generator for the Al-Kamsari Nursery.

The meeting discussed the mechanism for regulating the work of billboards on the sea line, and preparing to announce an open auction for those wishing to apply from investors and advertising companies, provided that the billboards are light.
