Governor of Aden the capital discusses with Ministry of Public Works joint cooperation

The Minister of State, Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, discussed with the Minister of Public Works and Roads the joint cooperation between the local authority in Aden the capital and the ministry in order to develop and enhance work mechanisms and the quality of achievement.
This came during the meeting that brought them together at the Ministry of Public Works and Roads building on Sunday.
The meeting discussed a number of problems facing the authority and the ministry on the roads in terms of duplication of work and poor coordination, which led to unsatisfactory results and actions that reveal deficiencies in work control and oversight, stressing the importance and necessity of coordination and commitment to tasks towards raising the quality and organization of work in the service of the capital, Aden.
The meeting recommended organizing work between the Ministry, the Roads and Bridges Fund, the local authority, the Public Works and Roads Office, and the Executive Unit for externally funded projects in accordance with the law and procedures aimed at properly and properly investing road projects, noting that the organized work allows the negligent to be held accountable.
