Governor of Aden the Capital discusses with Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Local Administration financial resources report

The Governor of the Capital Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, met in his office on Monday, the Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Local Administration, Awad Mashbah, Undersecretary for the Resources Sector, and Mouin Mahmoud, Undersecretary for the Supervision Sector of Administrative Units, and Abdel Ghaffar Al-Essayi, Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry, within the framework of continuous communication and joint coordination between the local authority in the capital and the ministry.
The meeting discussed the financial resources report in the capital Aden, for the period January – August 2020, where the report reviewed the funds supplied during that period and compared them to the estimated link money and the resources of previous years.
The discussion touched on the most important and prominent causes of the decline in the revenue side, obstacles to the collection of financial resources, and ways to address those obstacles in order to ensure the development of financial resources during the coming period.
The meeting also stood before the problem of some institutions that are not supplying the capital Aden, from the deductions that they make in the name of the governorate.
The meeting concluded with the formation of a joint committee from the local authority and the ministry to review the report, delve into the details of its content, determine the causes of the obstacles, and set proposals and mechanisms to address them.
