Governor of Aden the capital inaugurates a number of development projects in Khormaksar district

Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Governor of the capital, Aden, and Awas Al-Zahri, director of Khormaksar District, on Monday, inaugurated a number of educational and service projects.

Lamlas expressed his keenness to continue development work by opening 6 additional classrooms at the late Abdullah Khalifa School for Basic Education – Girls, and two classrooms at the Al-Amal Model Kindergarten.

The Governor of the capital stressed that hard work in collecting revenues allows the local authority in the district to implement these projects, revealing that the capital Aden needs double efforts from everyone, and solidarity and cooperation in order to serve the city and its people.

He also launched the project to build the Martyr Salem Qatan School in the Arish area, funded by the German government through the Social Fund for Development, the project to pave the median strip from Al-Rehab roundabout to Al-Nasr roundabout, the construction of 4 classrooms in the late Abdul Bari Qasim Secondary School – Girls, the construction of a canopy for Al-Galaa Primary School – Boys, the rehabilitation of Al-Douh Sports Club and the construction of the fence of Al-Galaa Sports Club, a fence for the sewage pump in Al-Rashid neighborhood, and the construction of a warehouse in the local authority office in the district.
