Governor of Hadhramaut and the Ambassador of Somalia discuss enhancing trade exchange

Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, Governor of Hadhramaut, welcomed the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Abdullah Hashi Shourieh, to the city of Mukalla in Hadhramaut.
In a meeting held in Mukalla, the two sides discussed ways of cooperation in various sectors, and the mechanism for enhancing trade exchange in the fish and livestock sectors.
In the presence of security and passport officials, the Arabian Sea Fisheries Authority, and the Maritime Affairs, Social, Labor and Legal Affairs Authority, they discussed developing cooperation in the fish and animal sectors, facilitating the entry of citizens between the two countries, and combating crime and piracy.
Governor Bin Madi referred to the bilateral relations between the two countries, and the specificity of the relationship with Hadhramaut, calling for strengthening it in various fields, and ensuring the adoption of more facilities.
The Federal Ambassador of Somalia appreciated the facilities provided by the local authority in Hadhramaut to the members of the Somali community, expressing the Somali government’s keenness to strengthen and develop relations.
