Governor of Hadramout meets UN delegation to support anti-smuggling efforts

The Governor of Hadramout, Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, on Monday, received United Nations Crime and Drug Prevention Team, in the city of Mukalla.
During the meeting, the governor and the delegation discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the areas of marine protection and enhance the capabilities of the Coast Guard by securing the ports and coastal strip in Hadramout and combating smuggling.
The team members stressed their goals of visiting Hadramout to see the needs of the Coast Guard and Border Guard forces in the region, and to conclude agreements to provide specialized courses and technical expertise in these areas, in addition to providing them with technological devices and tools.
