Governor of Hadramout receives at his home delegation from Transitional Council headed by Al-Kathiri

The Governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, on Tuesday, at his home in the city of Mukalla, received Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, and Saeed Ahmed Al-Mohammadi, Head of the Executive Body of the Southern Transitional Council in Hadhramaut.
The meeting discussed the most prominent challenges and risks in the governorate, and the efforts of the executive body of the council in Hadhramaut to enhance the governor’s efforts in development and lay the foundations for security and stability.
Al-Kathiri and Al- Mohammadi stressed the support of the Transitional Council for the governor’s efforts, and to work under his leadership for the benefit of Hadhramaut and its sons, pointing to the malicious campaigns around allegations of division between the Transitional Council and the local authority in the governorate to dismantle the Hadrami rank and deviate the compass of the popular movement.
The participants emphasized that the local leadership of the Transitional Council in Hadhramaut highly appreciates the person of the governor, and commends his efforts in fighting corruption and enabling the people of the governorate to manage their affairs and benefit from Hadhramaut’s wealth.
The delegation of the Transitional Council called on the governor of Hadhramaut to continue efforts to purify state institutions and facilities from the corrupt and to respond to the aspirations of the people of the governorate in managing their administrative, security and military affairs.
For his part, Governor bin Madi said that Hadhramaut’s interest requires the solidarity of all its people to face dangers and challenges in various fields, reviewing his efforts in facing the challenges that Hadhramaut is going through.
