Governor of Shabwa discusses role of military judiciary and activates of prosecution to hold officers and individuals accountable

Shabwa Governor Awad bin Al-Wazir Al-Awlaki discussed with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Third Military Prosecution the axes of M. Shabwa Judge \ Salmin Abdullah Al-Ahmadi ways of cooperation and joint coordination and opportunities to activate the military judiciary; to effectively contribute to controlling security, stability and public tranquility.
Governor bin Al-Wazir discussed activating the role of the military prosecution to try officers, non-commissioned officers and members of the armed forces when they commit any crimes or breaches due to their military actions – in accordance with the law and order.
The Governor of Shabwa got acquainted on the difficulties and obstacles, and discussed confronting them by providing the military judiciary needs, in order to achieve opportunities for activating the judiciary and ways to advance it in which this will enhance joint coordination between the local authority and the military prosecution.
The Governor bin Al-Wazir stressed the need to implement the procedures of seizure, investigation and trial in crimes and breaches in accordance to the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecution Office in their consideration of military cases, with its stipulated relevant and related applicable laws.
