Governor of Shabwa praises efforts of Passport Authority to facilitate citizens’ transactions

Awad bin Al-Wazir, Governor of Shabwa, on Sunday, received the Director of the Immigration, Passports and Nationality Authority branch in the governorate, Brigadier General Abdul Qadir Ahmed Al-Ramli, to discuss the Authority’s efforts to facilitate citizens’ regular access to their documents.
The Governor of Shabwa reviewed the progress of the branch’s activity, the process of citizens obtaining and renewing travel documents, the most prominent needs and requirements of the branch, and the nature of the obstacles facing the workflow.
Bin Al-Wazir stressed the role of the Immigration and Passports Authority branch in facilitating citizens’ transactions and providing services to them efficiently and quickly, directing the need to address the obstacles facing the workflow in the branch.
He was charged with the need for the concerned authorities to provide all the needs and requirements of the branch in order to enable it to perform its duties to the fullest extent.
Al-Ramli pointed to the Immigration and Passports Authority’s plans to continue facilitating citizens’ access to and renewal of travel documents, and proposals for overcoming obstacles and ways to address them.
