Governor of the Capital Visits Aden University and Discusses Prospects for Joint Cooperation

The Minister of State and Governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, visited the Presidency of Aden University. He was received by Dr. Al-Khader Nasser Lasour, President of the University. The visit was an official visit aimed at enhancing prospects for joint cooperation between the university and the local authorities in various development fields.
The Minister of State and Governor of the Capital praised the pioneering role of the University of Aden in the academic and research fields and its contributions to community service, as it reflects the ancient cultural and civilizational history of this governorate and its economic and geographical position. He affirmed the local authorities’ support for strengthening the university’s position and overcoming any difficulties it may face, thus contributing to the development of the educational and research process.
The meeting discussed ways to coordinate between the two sides to improve the quality of the educational and administrative process, harness and empower capabilities and ideas to support the university’s infrastructure, strengthen partnerships in implementing development and research projects, expand areas of cooperation in serving the local community, and address a number of common issues.
