Graduation of second batch of security qualification program in Aden the capital

The capital, Aden, on Saturday, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the second batch of the security and police sector training and qualification program, with support and funding from the UAE.

The number of trainees in the second batch, which came as part of an integrated security program lasting for two years, reached 326 police officers, who were trained academically and in the field on criminal investigation, crime scenes, traffic patrols, and riot control.

The training and qualification program was based on three axes, including training, equipment, and maintenance of buildings belonging to the security and police sector in Aden.

Brigadier General Abu Bakr Hussein Jabr, Deputy Director General of Security and Police in the capital, Aden, expressed his thanks to the United Arab Emirates for its efforts in supporting the security sector through field and academic training, providing equipment, and equipping security facilities.

The graduation ceremony for the second batch included the presentation of 31 new vehicles for Aden security during a military parade, in addition to 42 vehicles for the first batch.
