Gunmen assassinate tribal sheikh in Habban of #Shabwa

Unknown gunmen assassinated on Monday a tribal sheikh in Lahiya region of Habban district in Shabwa governorate.

 

Sources said that gunmen believed to be from the Muslim Brotherhood assassinated Sheikh “Ahmad al-Shamal al-Qomishi” in the city of Lahiya before they fled away .

 

The crime comes in light of the unprecedented security chaos witnessed in Shabwa governorate, after being occupied by the invading Brotherhood militias in August last year.
