Hadrami women: The exit of first military region from the valley of Hadramout is imminent

The Hadrami women group in Hadramout valley, on Friday, celebrated through an artistic and speech festival in Al-Suhail area in Seiyun district, the success of the 6th session of the National Assembly and the success of the southern consultative meeting.

The celebrating event witnessed chanting of revolutionary slogans demanding the speedy empowerment of the people of Hadramout valley to manage their security, military and political affairs and the departure of the Brotherhood’s forces of the first military region from it.

In the event, Zahra Abd Faraj, head of the Hadrami Women’s Group and member of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council, reviewed the outputs of the 6th session of the National Assembly and the great importance that Hadramout governorate enjoyed through the visit of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, to the city of Mukalla, stressing the importance of women’s participation in decision-making and drawing the map of the upcoming southern state.
Zahra Abd added that the exit of the forces of the first military region from Hadramout valley is imminent, after the struggles of the people of the valley of Hadramout with a popular escalation calling for its departure.
The activities of the event included many lyrical performances, with the participation of the chanting band, and with the participation of a group of female artists, in addition to honoring three of the mothers participating in all the events implemented by the Hadrami women group in the valley.
