Hadramout: Seizing Weapons Shipment Heading to Houthis

The security forces in Wadi Hadramout seized weapons shipment destined for the Houthis in Shibam district of Wadi Hadramout.
Local sources told “South24 Center” that the security force seized two trucks loaded with weapons, after they passed through checkpoints of the First Military District (FMD). 
According to the sources, the FMD tried to intervene to release the two trucks, which caused military tension that lasted for hours.
The two trucks were transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department in Seiyun to complete the legal procedures.
During the past years, a number of shipments of sea and land weapons were seized at ports in Hadramout governorate and the neighboring Al-Mahra governorate.
