Head of media department of #Aden Syndicate calls on the government to answer teachers’ demands
The Head of media department in the Southern Teachers Syndicate in the capital, Aden, Rahma Aidaroos, renewed calling for the leaders of the transitional council and government officials in the Yemeni legitimacy to respond urgently to the demands of teachers for the students and future generations of the south.
Aidaroos said in her statement: We, truly for those generations, continue to invite all the wise and honorable of you in order to save our generations from the clutches of ignorance and loss, the teacher became the first victim, because the circumstances pushed him, and he is unable to give, as the teachers’ condition reached the worst conditions, they live in extreme poverty due to the digestion of their rights.
Aidaroos added: The reason for the low level of income and the low salary of the teacher, which does not exceed at the majority of (53 thousand riyals) Yemeni, which is equivalent to less than (one hundred dollars) in light of the high cost, not to mention the high rent of houses in front of what the teacher receives from a poor salary, the teachers ask for their rights, that human rights guaranteed, that are guaranteed by the state, and by providing the teacher as a daily expense, the right to treatment, the right to clothing, and the right of a decent life, in addition to raising their salary.
Aidaroos concluded her statement by calling on both the government and the transitional council to assume their responsibility before Allah, then the builders of the homelands, who are (the teachers) and those future generations that cannot be left fall victim to the absurdity, we ask you to stand sincere in answering those voices claiming their rights to reach the restoration of those rights as quickly as possible.
