Headed by Al-Jaadi… STC Presidency team meets security and military leaders in Socotra Governorate

The team of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), headed by Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Member of the Presidency of the STC, the STC Presidency Secretary-General, on Thursday, held an expanded meeting with the military and security leaders in Socotra Archipelago governorate to discuss developments in the internal and external political process and the security and military situations.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi conveyed the greetings of President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces.

In his speech, Al-Jaadi pointed to the importance of the contribution of the security and military leaders in the Socotra Archipelago in raising awareness of the unity under the goal of restoring the federal southern state.

Al-Jaadi stressed that the security and military leaders in Socotra governorate are the safety valve for the South, noting that Socotra is considered a distinguished governorate that has maintained its security and stability, hoping that the rest of the southern governorates will follow in the footsteps of the Socotra Archipelago Governorate.

Al-Jaadi, along with the STC Presidency team, listened to a comprehensive explanation of the efforts made by the military and security forces in the governorate to protect Socotra and maintain the security and stability of its citizens, offering their thanks and appreciation to President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, for everything he did to support the military and security forces in the governorate.
