Hospitals of UAE receive 20 patients from Socotra

The Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Work sponsored the transfer of 20 medical cases from Socotra Archipelago Governorate to the United Arab Emirates to receive treatment in Abu Dhabi hospitals.

Informed sources at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Socotra revealed that critically ill patients suffer from incurable diseases that require extensive medical intervention, indicating that cooperation contributes greatly to alleviating the suffering of patients in the archipelago.

Saeed Omar bin Qablan, head of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in Socotra, appreciated the humanitarian role of the Khalifa Humanitarian Foundation, praising its efforts to alleviate the suffering of the people of the island in various aspects.
