Houthi militias bomb Yafae and Lahj and southern forces respond

SMA NEWS – YAFAE
The terrorist Houthi militia bombed the border areas of Yafae, adjacent to the Yemeni governorate of Al-Bayda, with heavy and medium weapons.
A military source in the Yafae frontline confirmed that the Houthi militia fired a thermal missile at a military group on the Hadd Yafa front, in the area of the town of Al-Had of Yafae.
The southern armed forces responded to the sources of fire, with the aim of putting them out, in light of the focus of Houthi hostilities on the southern fronts.
The southern armed forces also managed to thwart infiltration attempts carried out by the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia towards military sites north of Al-Sabiha in Lahj Governorate.
An official source in the Fourth Brigade Hazm said in a statement that “Violent clashes erupted with the Houthi militia, which is constantly escalating through bombing the positions of the Fourth Brigade Hazm and its attempts to infiltrate near the front lines of the southern forces.”
The source pointed out that “The front has been witnessing intermittent clashes for over three days as a result of the militia’s provocations to the southern forces, which increased in frequency with violent and mutual shelling between our forces and the terrorist Houthi militia.”
