In presence of Al-Kathiri and acting head of STC in Hadramout … Barashid Brigade inaugurates 2023 training year

The leadership of Barashid Brigade, on Tuesday, inaugurated the new training and operational year 2023, by organizing a solemn military parade, in the presence of the member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), official spokesman for the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Ali Abdullah Al Kathiri, and the acting head of the executive body of the local leadership of the Transitional Council in Hadramout Governorate, Mr. Ali Saleh Al-Hamimy.
Al-Kathiri delivered a speech to the members of the brigade, delivering to the attendees the greetings of President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, and as well leaders of STC, expressing his happiness with the participation with the leadership and personnel of Barashid Brigade in inaugurating their training and operational year for the new year.
Al-Kathiri praised the efforts and courage of the brigade’s leadership and its personnel in protecting the security and stability of Hadramout, expressing the gratitude of the people of Hadramout, and their appreciation for the great sacrifices made and are being presented by the brigade’s members in defense of the western gate of their governorate.
Al-Kathiri stressed that the sacrifices made by the brigade’s affiliates since the liberation of the coastal districts from the forces of evil and terrorism are appreciated and grateful to the vast majority of Hadramout’s people, pointing out that Hadramout still faces many challenges and security threats.
Al-Kathiri also affirmed the determination of people of Hadramout to liberate their valley and every inch of their land, and that they will not blink an eyelid until they become masters of their land, and restore their fully sovereign federal southern state, expressing thanks to the commitment and courage of the leadership, officers and personnel of the brigade, wishing them a year marked by training achievements and mastery of more combat skills, and a year full of military victories over the enemies of our southern project.
In his speech, the Chief of Staff of the Barshid Brigade, Colonel Mahmoud Moqbel, reviewed the combat and training achievements of the brigade’s forces against terrorists and their remnants, stressing the brigade’s combat, technical and moral readiness to carry out any mission directed by the local authority in the governorate and the leadership of the second military region.
The inauguration included a solemn military parade, which was carried out by symbolic units of the brigade, which demonstrated the physical readiness and high morale of the brigade’s fighters.
